    Cancellations or amendments on open tour bookings can be made with 24+ hours notice via the self-service "Manage this booking" link on your booking confirmation email. We offer 100% refunds if an open tour booking is cancelled via the self-service Manage this booking link with more than 24 hours (1 day) notice before departure. We cannot offer refunds for tours cancelled with less than 24+ hours notice for any reason, but if you have a valid excuse we'll do our best to transfer your bPopular
