Standard Private Tours

For standard private tours*, get a 100% refund if you cancel with 24+ hours written notice by emailing hello@tallyho.cc
(*tours included: Private Family Bike Tour of London, Landmarks & Gems, Sin & Salvation)

Bespoke Private Tours

For bespoke private tours, email your cancellation to hello@tallyho.cc. Fees depend on notice given:

1 week to 72 hours: 25%
72 to 24 hours: 50%
Less than 24 hours: 100%
