Cancellation policy for corporate tours

Corporate Tour cancellations requests are to be made in writing to hello@tallyho.cc and will incur fixed fees depending on the notice period given;

Time of cancellation:

More than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 25%

Less than 2 weeks and more than 1 week: 50%

Less than 1 weeks and more than 72 hours: 75%

Less than 72 hours: 100%

All corporate tour bookings are non-transferable, except at the complete discretion of TH. Only in extenuating circumstances will bookings be considered for transfer and where at least a minimum of 72 hours' notice of request is given via email to hello@tallyho.cc
