Can a child younger than 9 months old join the tour?

Sorry, the specs on our smallest child seat say the recommended youngest age allowed on our child seat is 9 months old. Check out the details here: https://www.pashley.co.uk/products/child-seat. We wouldn’t want to risk them coming out.
